Pension & Investment Management Service
We offer a portfolio management service. This is an advanced investment discipline, the key objectives of which are sustaining and growing long-term wealth. (please refer to our portfolio management service brochure for further details). We set up an account for you with a market leading provider. We then manage the underlying investments on your behalf.
As part of the service you will also have direct access to your own dedicated independent financial adviser who will provide you with ongoing financial advice and who will handle all your account administration.
We do not charge any upfront fees for this service; we simply levy a small annual management fee which is paid monthly and based on the initial investment amount. This fee can be deducted from your account.

We do not charge a fee for our mortgage advice. However, if you proceed with a mortgage that we recommend we will receive a commission from the lender on completion.
We will provide you with a Key Facts Illustration which will detail all the relevant costs associated with the mortgage.
We do not charge you a fee for protection advice. If you take out a policy that we recommend, we will receive a commission from the insurance provider. If the commission we receive is greater than £1,500 we will rebate the excess back to the provider which will, as a result, reduce your monthly premium on your policy.
We will provide you with an Illustration which will outline all the relevant costs associated with the insurance policy.
